African Euro Hospitality Association looks forward to welcoming you to a festive pre-mothers day evening in London. The event will be headlined with live music by Chief Dr Morocco Maduka- king of Egwu Ekpili, Afrobeat music by DJ Omo Whyte & DJ Ify, plus cultural dancing and comedy.
The Mothering Sunday has been celebrated in the United Kingdom since the 16th century. The “Mother’s Day” celebrations we know today, were founded in the 20th century by Anna Jarvis West Virginia, USA. Various parts of the world celebrate honouring mothers on different days.
The event is organised to say THANK YOU to all mothers for the nurture, the sleepless nights, heartache, joy, laughter and all the hard work they do for their children. So please come and raise a glass to your mothers, wherever they are. There will also be delicious food from Afric Carib Restaurant while dancing and enjoying the night.
During the evening, donations will be collected for Cancer Research UK, Endometriosis UK and the Disability Charities in Anambra State, Nigeria.
Ticket price includes admission, food, and entertainment. Drinks sold separately inside the venue.
