Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has taken to social media to share his opinion on the poor quality of Nigerian home videos.
Yul Edochie says average movie stars and film directors are the two reasons why Nigerian home videos has experienced a sharp decrease in all round quality.
The actor made this known via his Twitter page on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
According to him, Nollywood movies are now a far cry from the quality it used to be due to ‘crappy’ actors, actresses and directors
Speaking further on the issue, the actor called on Nollywood practitioners to help elevate the quality of its films as the country’s home videos is loved by a global audience.
“The quality of our home videos has dropped so much. Lots of crappy actors/actresses, crappy directors,” he wrote

Yul himself is a talented actor who joined the movie Industry in 2005. He got his break in 2007 after featuring alongside Genevieve Nnaji and Desmond Elliot in the movie ‘Wind Of Glory’ and has since gone on to star in multiple films.
