Popular Nigerian comedian, singer and actor Bright Okpocha better known as Basketmouth has shared a cute video of his daughter to mark her new age today.
The actor compiled beautiful videos of his daughter while trying out the expensive outfits she made him buy.
Sharing the video on his Instagram page Basketmouth wished his sweet daughter a happy birthday and prayed that all her wishes come through.
He wrote with the video, “Wishing my sweetheart a Happy Birthday. May all your birthday wishes come true.I love you so much my beautiful Ada.”
Basketmouth shocked Nigerians when he announced the end of his marriage with Elsie in 2022.
He announced this on Instagram and assured to peacefully co-parent with his wife in taking care of their children.
The actor who didn’t give reasons for the divorce pleaded with the public to respect their privacy.
Following the separation, Nigerians dug up old videos of the couple affirming their stance against divorce and stating that divorce isn’t on their table as they love each other.
The comedian bragged that there is no good marriage that ends in divorce hence he and Elsie can’t divorce.
Following their divorce, Elsie issued a statement to marriage-shamers, cautioning them against shaming unmarried women.
Elsie noted how ladies and women get shamed for late marriages and late childbirth.
The mother of three and relationship expert pointed out how it is never a woman’s fault when a man cheats on her.
Explaining further, she noted how a woman can be beautiful, sexy, the best cook, be intelligent, and yet their spouse would still cheat on them..
