The lingering rift between Peter and Paul Okoye, formerly Psquare, intensifies as Peter releases an audio tape.
The dispute centers around ownership of the recently released song “Winning” by Peter Okoye’s alias Mr. P.
The leaked tape captures Peter and calypso60music (who co-wrote the song) guiding Paul on his vocal parts, contradicting Paul’s claim of sole ownership.
Peter asserts his right to defend himself against false claims, emphasizing the importance of truth.
Peter reveals that Paul and their elder brother Jude have engaged a lawyer to dispute his claims and remove “Winning” from streaming platforms.
Undeterred, Peter vows to fight for his rights, affirming that he and calypso60music co-wrote “Winning.”
He wrote: “Call us names, call us childish; it is fine… I understand, but anyone that says anything false about me and I have evidence, then I have a right to defend myself. Let’s stay WINNING.
You claimed you wrote the song and you didn’t know any @calypso60music. Then how come @calypso60music and I are now telling you what to sing? And you still have the Audacity to call me OLORIBURUKU” smh.
JUST FOR THE RECORD GUYS! JUDE And PAUL written through a Lawyer and are doing everything possibly to take the song down from all Music Platform. But i will fight till the end. ♂️
After Jude will come and lie to the public that he has had noting to do with Psqaure for 8 years but he is the one making phone calls and writing to letter to make sure my WINNING is taken down from all platforms. SMH
With my full chest! @calypso60music and I wrote “WINNING.””
