Good health is a gift from God to mankind, but maintaining it; is an individual choice we make. Therefore, we need to do everything possible to keep our body fit and remain healthy. The quality of your health determines your wealth.

In this Morden world we live in, things are happening very fast to the point whereby our health is being affected due to the lifestyle we have or live.

Society has made us to be too busy with the things around us which even prevent us from checking our own health.

We are constantly in a rush from house to work and from work back to the house without having some quality time of rest to examine or take some rest.

  6. MUST sleep well every night, that is 6-7 hours minimum.

  7. MUST have fun and socialise with the right people.

  8. MUST have a purpose to pursue in life.
