Fighting Anxiety

As human being, we are all faced with some level of anxiety. Anxiety itself is not bad to the body but, a high level of it can be detriment to our health. Anxiety is something that can affect the way we think and feel. It is a state of the mind. People become stress for different reasons depending on their personal experience. In view of this, it is paramount that, we do everything possible to avoid being stressed out about little things.

Most often, some people get stressed out because of lack of money, purpose and other things that they want in life that is not forth- coming. Some get stressed out because of relationship breakdown due to cheat, infidelity, marriage melt down, examination, stressed at work, and many others. Whatever be the case, it is very important to know that, nothing in the world worth more than your life to be stressed about. Stress leads to other health challenges which have the potential to cause major organ failure as well as nervous breakdown. It has the potential to cause hypertension (High blood pressure) among other health challenges.

It is possible to add that, sometimes, our own personal lifestyle can contribute to the level stress we go through. Being overly concern about our expectations from others and ourselves can put us in a vulnerable state to suffer anxiety. Sometimes, living and associating with people who constantly cause us stress, worry and anxiety to us and affect our physical health as well as our mental health creating undue high level of stress to us You are not allowed to be in prison of life with those who do not make you happy. . Whatever you think about life; do not allow life’s situation to imprison you against your happiness. Being overly concern about our expectations from others and ourselves can put us in a vulnerable state to suffer anxiety. Living and associating with people who constantly cause us stress, worry and anxiety. You are not allowed to be in prison of life with those who do not make you happy instead, creating undue high level of stress to us.

Whatever you think about life; do not allow life’s situation to imprison you against your happiness.

The following steps may help reduce your anxiety levels.

  1. Keep your mind free from stress and anxiety.

  2. Don’t over expect too much from yourself and from others.

  3. Ensure you eat a well healthy balance diets

  4. Drink enough water

  5. Get exercise regularly

  6. Socialise with people who inspire you to be yourself.

  7. Avoid places such as churches, group meetings, association that has the ability to stress you out

  1. Relaxing by listening to music or praying  

  2. Seek a medical advice to get help.
