Talented Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo has been featured in a major UK newspaper for his Merry Christmas Darling album and he is super excited about it.
The 38-year old West African Idol winner took to his Instagram page to make the announcement about his special feature. Timi shared photos and videos of himself walking on a major metropolitan city in the UK with a copy of The Times newspaper on his hands and announced that he got the center spread of The Times where he was interviewed. It was only fitting that the song which is named after the album features British singer, Emeli Sande
To get such recognition from a UK newspaper is no easy feat. It surely speaks volumes of the singer’s immense artistic talent and how outstanding he is at infusing the most appropriate english words into the lyrical structure of his songs. And how his consistency over the past couple of years has successfully built him a major fan base in the European country.
