Popular Nigerian singer Wizkid has hit out at president Muhammadu Buhari on social media, telling him to “face your country.”
The music star was apparently irked by a recent goodwill message issued by the president to his United States counterpart on Sunday, October 4, 2020.
Buhari had sent a message to Donald Trump and his wife on Twitter, wishing them quick recovery after it was revealed that the couple have contracted the coronavirus.

“I wish US president, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, quick and full recovery from Covid-19,” he tweeted.
However, Wizkid was not pleased with Buhari paying tribute to the US president while there are pressing issues clamouring for his attention in his own country. He went straight for him in a call out comment.
Reacting to the post, the Joro crooner stated that the American president is of no concern to Buhari whom he referred to as an old man.

He then called on him to do something about the brutal killings of Nigerian youths in the country by police/SARS.
The music star wrote: “Donald Trump is not your business! Old man! Police/Sarz still killing Nigerian youth on a daily! Do something! Nothing concern u for America! Face your. country!!”
