“He was also an active member of my Campaign Organization and supported me all through the 2019 Governorship Campaigns.
As soon as he was hospitalized at the National Hospital in Abuja, His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, and members of our political family intervened to ensure that he had the best medical attention and rescue him from death.
“Rest In Peace Prince Chinedu Nwadike.
He lost the blood cancer battle a few hours ago in Abuja. When I spoke with him over the phone last week, he told me he had fully recovered from the kidney issue and would be proceeding to India by this coming week for treatment of the blood cancer – Leukemia.
“This is a sad development, we just lost a golden voice. Let us please remember his family in prayers. We were not completely fair to Evang. Chinedu Nwadike.
“Earlier, when his ailment surfaced online, so many people criticized him, those who called him fake, g#y and so on, it was way too much for him, way too much, a man lying on his sickbed, scrolling through his social media handles and seeing unfair comments, definitely wouldn’t go down well with him, even some pastors openly went against him,’ he lamented.
Ibekwe added: “He told us he got ‘miraculously’ healed of his kidney ailment, so many of us trolled him yet again and called him fake, said his ailment was fake, he was just using it to raise money, we said but today he is no more, he is dead, maybe, just maybe, his death is fake too, he just wants to attract sympathy, what a generation!
