Tiwa Savage has revealed again what many don’t have an idea of about her secrete life that she shared an apartment with Davido when she initially returned to Nigeria. She said this while stealing the show with Davido on his ‘A Decade With Davido’s show.
She Shared
“Not a lot of people know this but when I first moved back to Nigeria, I was actually sharing an apartment with David in 1004, e don tey and I’m so proud of you in 10 years.”
She continued while sharing a hug with Davido, “I love you, 10 years and we are going to do 100 more years.”
Prior to returning back to Nigeria from London where she did her secondary and tertiary education, Tiwa Savage did backup vocals for English singer George Micheal at the age of 16 and lent vocals to other musicians such as Mary J Blige, Chaka Khan, Blu Cantrell, Emma Buntin, Kelly Clarkson, Andrea Bocelli and Ms Dynamite.
Tiwa further registered at Berklee College Of Music and graduated with a degree in professional music in 2007. In 2006, Savage participated in the UK edition of The X Factor and advanced to the final 24, but ended up being the 12th person to be evicted.
