Grammy award-winning singer, Wizkid got social media fans talking about his love life after he dropped a bombshell that he is single to a stupor and back in the dating market to find the one. Breaking the shocking news to fans in a Snapchat post on November 29, 2022, the 32-year-old music superstar wrote, “Been single for so long. Gotta find me one or 2.”
Just weeks before Wizkid made this revelation; he sparked dating rumours with beautiful Nigerian actress Osas Ighodaro after they were captured flirting carelessly. The actress was also captured addressing the Bad To Me singer by his first name. At the time, many fans expressed disappointment towards Star Boy, who had earlier welcomed a second child with his manager, Jada Pollock. While Big Wiz has never publicly admitted to dating Jada, he has not been linked to any other woman asides from her in the past four years. And in October 2022, when the Essence crooner welcomed a second child with the famous talent manager, fans quickly concluded that they were in a serious relationship.
Wizkid’s recent declaration has now sparked mixed reactions on social media. Some fans went after Jada, accusing the new mother of forcing herself on their fave. But Jada fired back at her haters and her baby daddy, tweeting that she is controlling her emotions. However, some other people, especially Lola Omotayo, the wife of Peter Psquare, have advised Star Boy to stay where he wanted, that is, with Jada, because there is Nothing out there but vultures.
