Celebrity wife Cassandra Joseph has taken to social media to shut down the recent reports of her death in an emotional post.
Nollywood veteran, Bob Manuel Udokwu’s
wife, Cassandra Joseph-Udokwu says she is very much alive contrary to an offensive report which claimed she was strangled to death by her family’s home maid.
Sharing screenshots of the report via her official Facebook page on Monday, July 26, 2020, the mother of two lamented at how people continue to put up fake news articles about her death and that of her children.
“A lot of people undermine death. They forget that it is a grave occurrence and not something to be spoken lightly of or joked about. I know death. I’ve lived it. Death drains. It hurts. It changes you. It devastates you. It is bad. And it’s a very bad thing when you begin to wish a living person death. What is it? Who’s behind this? I can’t continue running,” her post reads in part.
She also detailed how her life and that of her children has been affected became of the celebrity status of her husband as a Nollywood star. Mrs. Manuel said her children were greatly traumatized by the latest death report.
The celebrity wife went on to beg the rumour peddlers to stop hurting her family with their fake news.
