Yul Edochie came under serious fire on social media hours after Kambilichukwu Leo, his first son and second child with May Yul Edochie, passed away mysteriously on March 29, 2023. This follows unconfirmed reports that the veteran actor welcomed a second child, a baby girl, with his second wife, Judy Austin, just a few weeks before Kambili met his untimely death while playing football.
According to reports, Yul didn’t want to make the information about welcoming a second child with Judy Austin public, nor did he publicly celebrate the delivery for obvious reasons. On his Instastory, however, he posted a “Thank you, Jesus.” after welcoming the new child. He further celebrated his sexual prowess on Instagram, where he bragged about being the sexiest man in Nigeria. As we would all see, this post went up just a day before Kambili’s passing, and Nigerians are not too happy about this. They had begun bashing the actor for celebrating what they called nonsense when his home was on fire. According to them, Yul’s second wife, Judy Austin, may have had a hand in his first son’s passing and may be planning more evil, but the actor is too blind to see it. Regardless, Nollywood star Destin Etiko came to Yul’s rescue; making a post, she said, ‘Someone just lost his child, and you’re all just trolling him.
However, Nigerians are not alone; Yul’s elder brother, Linc Edochie, who distanced himself from the actor after he took a second wife, has also reacted to his 16-year-old nephew’s passing.
