Prominent Nigerian video director ClarencePeters has finally break his silence about the death of professional dancer, Kodak.
Clarence Peters has narrated his own side of the story on the events surrounding Kodak’s death.
Kodak allegedly died from electrocution while charging her phone at peters’ house whom she had visited for a video shot.
In a new development contrary to previous report, Clarence Peters says he was not arrested by the men of the Nigerian Police Force but called in for questioning.
The video director made this known in a statement issued via his Instagram page today being Monday, May 4, 2020.
In the statement, Clarence revealed that though he and Kodak were in the same building when she was electrocuted, but they were physically not in the same apartment.
According to him, he only rushed in to her space after receiving an emergency call that notified him about the incident.
Clarence went on to debunk reports suggesting he and his crew members are currently in police custody awaiting murder charges.
“Please note that no one has been charged or arrested, by the Police. The witnesses and I willingly made ourselves available to the Police and we have all pledged our full co-operation, through every part of this process. I will be helping out in every possible capacity,” excerpt from his post reads.
