The ongoing feud between Nigerian music stars Davido and Tiwa Savage has taken a new twist as alleged private chats between the two have surfaced online.

The revelation comes shortly after Tiwa Savage filed a petition with the police, citing threats from Davido.

The rift between the two artists became apparent when they unfollowed each other on social media, sparking widespread speculation.

Tiwa Savage, not taking the matter lightly, escalated the situation by submitting a formal complaint to the police against Davido, accusing him of making threats against her.

According to sources close to the matter, the police petition detailed that a mutual connection between Davido and Tiwa Savage had relayed a message from the former.

The message allegedly conveyed Davido’s displeasure and a threat to “deal” with Tiwa Savage upon his arrival in Lagos.

Surprisingly, Instagram blogger Cutie Julls has released what is claimed to be excerpts from the private conversations between the two artists.

These purported chat screenshots reveal a heated exchange, initially revolving around an Instablog post about Davido’s daughter, Imade.

As the conversation unfolded, it spiralled into a more intense exchange, with Davido warning Tiwa Savage not to mention his son’s name again.

Tiwa Savage, in response, is said to have labelled Davido as evil and dared him to carry out whatever he had in mind.

It has yet to officially confirm the authenticity of these alleged conversations.
