Nigerian celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest, has surprised many as he makes a strong case for the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
Taking to his Instagram page, he shared a photo of the EFCC logo, as he noted how the eagle on it means EFCC will always fly so high and catch people, wherever they are hidden.
He told Nigerians that there was no need to run when EFCC invited them, as he admonished them to just pull up and answer them.
Making a case for them, he stated that they don’t bite or beat; they only investigate and prosecute.
The businessman revealed that in their cell there is a bed, toilet, and bathroom, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Questioning why people are running and how long they would run, he added that the EFCC is for big men, and for me, it is a status symbol.

Africanglitz reported on Wednesday that Chief Priest was arraigned by the EFCC over the charge of Naira mutilation, amongst others.
The commission had filed a three-count charge against the businessman for spraying and tampering with the naira at a social event, contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.
Pascal arrived before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos, and pleaded not guilty to the charges of naira abuse. The celebrity barman was granted N10 million in bail.
Sharing a photo of himself after release, Cubana Chief Priest appreciated those who had checked on him, saying their messages and love made him humble. He also bragged about being famous with the claim that money is water.
In his comment section, the likes of Davido, Mercy Eke, IK Ogbonna, Isreal DMW, and others left a message for him.
On Wednesday night, to celebrate his freedom, the businessman who said he was supposed to be in New York before the unfortunate incident was seen partying with businessman Ifeanyi Coddi. In videos he shared on his Instagram page, the best friend of Davido could be seen heartily dancing with a live band performing for him.
This isn’t the first time Cubanas will have trouble with the EFCC. In 2022, he was arrested in cases related to money laundering and tax fraud.
The socialite was in their custody for days and had even spent his birthday in their custody. However, he was released on Monday, April 4th, 2022, to the cheers of his fans, followers, friends, colleagues, and lovers.
