The two newly elected Councillor in the UK, Princess Elizabeth Bright, 22 and Ramota Lawal, also 22 met with the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan at a reception at Guildhall organised by the London Councils.
The event was in honour of the newly elected councillors from May 3rd election. Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan met with most of them for the first time and also gave all the newly elected councillors an inspirational message. He said he looks forward to working with them and other newly elected councillors to improve the lives of Londoners across the city.
The two youngest councillors were elected on the May 3rd Election 2018.
Ramota Lawal represents residents in Heaton Ward, Harold Hill, while Princess Elizabeth Bright represents Eastbrook ward in Dagenham, London.
