London based actress, Fatima Jabbe (Maada Bio) and husband, Julius Maada Bio celebrated their foundation 1st year Anniversary at the Oasis Banqueting Hall in London on Saturday 30th May 2015. She looked beautiful and radiant in a handmade black/emerald green dress, her baby bump curving out nicely. The event was graced by personalities from around Africa and Europe.
Mr Julius Maada Bio the former Sierra Leone President express his appreciation on his behalf and that of his beautiful wife to the audience for gracing the event and said the event is for all Sierra Leoneans and friends of Sierra Leone. He asked everyone to come to the aid of that nation by saying “Any little help can change someone’s life, so we should not relent, thus our people need us now more than ever“.
Fatima Maada Bio thanked everyone for coming and said she is one lucky woman to have Maada Bio as her other half. She told the audience to keep supporting her husband because he has the know-how and vision to change Sierra Leone for the better. “My husband is a compassionate man who cares for the well-being of his people and I believe that he is not only a wonderful husband, the best father but also a great leader“. Mrs Maada Bio thanked the JMB women’s wing, the Julius Maada Bio support group, The President of the foundation, the Secretary and all the people who helps in one way or the other. The MC on the night was Sierra Leonean Comedian H.E. Massaquoi.
