Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie is celebrating her birthday today being Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Rita Edochie is a year older today and has revealed she won’t be holding any party in celebration of her new age.
The actress says she’d be using the occasion of her birthday to pray for God’s healing upon the nation.
According to her, people are suffering in their homes as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and she is not happy with the situation of things happening across the globe.
“I will be on my knees praying to God
Almighty for forgiveness. I beg of him to heal our land. There is so much agony in every home. Forgive us Lord in every way we have sinned against you please oh Lord,” she said.
