Actress/Producer Omoni Oboli’s “Okafor’s Law” Now Showing in Cinemas Across Nigeria!

Nollywood actress and producer, Omoni Oboli, ‘COURT INJUNCTION’ movie“Okafor’s Law” started showing in cinemas across Nigeria on Friday, March 31, 2017. A justice of Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria lifted the injunction on Thursday, March 30, allowing the movie to kick off in cinemas on the original set date.

A court injunction obtained by Raconteur Productions restricted the movie from showing last week Friday during the premiere at IMAX Cinema, Lekki, Lagos.

Actress Omoni Oboli took to her Instagram page to quickly announce the news via a short video saying: 

“Glory be to God!!!!!!!! #Okafor’s Law is showing in all cinemas NATIONWIDE, from tomorrow Friday the 31st of March. We serve a living God! Thanks for all the prayers and love.

‘Okafors Law’ the movie indeed kicked off in cinemas across Nigeria yesterday. Nothing further had been heard regarding the injunction or copyright issues.

The actress didn’t disclose if the issue between her and Canada-based Nigerian writer, Jude Idada has been resolved. No comment has been heard from the writer either.
