We all know singer Akon is currently in Lagos, Nigeria. The star and his Akon Lighting Africa Team met with Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode yesterday August 2nd at the State House to disccuss the project. The meeting was also attended by artiste May D and Akon’s Rep in Nigeria Ayo Shonaiya.
The Senegalese R&B, hip hop recording artist, songwriter, businessman, and record producer has been seen in so many events in Nigeria over the weekend. He met with both Nigerian artists and movie stars, including Tony Elumelu, Banky W, Stephanie Coker, Omoni Oboli and Jesse Jagz over the weekend. He also attended Jude Okeoy’s wife birthday bash, meeting with Tony Elumelu, Peter Okoye, Paul Okoye, Lola Omotayo, Anita Okoye and several others.
