Nigeria presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar visits the United States and surprises Nigerians. This comes after he was allegedly banned from travelling to other developed countries except for Dubai.
The news of his travel has been taking seriously by Nigerians who needed an answer. This also comes just one-month to Nigerian presidential election.
The former vice president was banned from the country after allegedly demanding a bribe of $500,000 to facilitate the award of contracts to two American telecommunication firms in Nigeria.
The presidential candidate has shared a photo on his Twitter, revealing that he was meeting with Nigerians living in D.C. metropolis and the business community.

Atiku, together with the DG of the Atiku Presidential Campaign Council, Bukola Saraki, arrived the Washington Dulles International Airport, yesterday, January 17th.
They said Atiku can't travel to the US. But like the adage goes, "lies may go ahead for a thousand years, but one day the truth must surely catch up with it"
