America former First Lady Michelle Obama is celebrating her 56th birthday today!

The mother of two kicked off her 56th birthday with sweet words from her husband and ex-president, Barack Obama who took to his official Instagram page to spoil her with flattery words.

Obama shared a series of four photos of the happy couple glowing with smiles and described his adorable wife as his star.

He wrote: “In every scene, you are my star. Happy birthday, baby!”

Obama’s sweet happy birthday message to his wife also appeared on the Good Morning America show.
