The atmosphere around a Black Lives Matter protest in England could be likened to that of a disco party as people switched from protesting against racism to singing and dancing in merriment.
On June 9, 2020, a video surfaced on Twitter that shows a huge crowd of young Britons vibing to Burna Boy‘s critically acclaimed single ‘Ye’ in the middle of a protest in the United Kingdom.
In the video that has since gone viral, peaceful demonstrators wielding pan-African flag and placards took turns to dance in a created circle, bordered by people before the event got rowdy.
