The general mission of Hezekiah University as a private university is to make it a citadel of academic excellence by providing internationally acceptable high standard of education, seasoned with good morals, which will address such issues as good governance, poverty reduction, affordable shelter, mass transit, food security, good health and peaceful co-existence of Nigerians.
Hezekiah University (Unihez) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission as pioneer students for the 2015/2016 academic session. Admission exercise includes a post-UTME aptitude test in the following States and centres: Enugu State (Enugu), Abia State (Umuahia), Abuja FCT, Lagos State (Yaba), Rivers State (Port-Harcourt) and in the University Campus in Umudi, Imo State.

That is one University that I know of certain that will change the face of education in our tertiary level in Nigeria reason simply because of the hand behind the institution, ‘The great man of God Hezekiah.’ I have heard his exploits in changing lives starting from a very tender age via his established nursery & primary schools, so this higher institution will be no different but rather the peak of it all . I wish all who will be part of this institution both students, and staff well.
my catch isn’t just the certainty of the affordability of the prerequisites to be enrolled into the system as a student, but the assurance of the full realization of their fundamental objectives which revolve around enhancement of moral status in global youths. Inference from precedent and pragmatism show high esteem of transparency in their dealings hence, I envisage additional medals in the academic archive of Imo state in particular, and Nigeria in general.
I know about the new University. The interesting part is thier penchant for quality education and Capacity development of the students. This is evidently seen in the state of art campus, their internationally recognized professors and the cutting edge-technology employed in their various teaching methodologies.
