It is a double celebration for Nollywood actor Emeka Ike as he welcomes another child on his birthday month.
The 56-year-old movie star announced the birth of his daughter he welcomed with his South African wife on March 13th. The couple already have a daughter named their second child Chidera Comfort Thando Ike. Taking to his Instagram page, the Nollywood star noted how God has blessed him with a double blessing for one loss.
Wishing himself a happy birthday, he shared some adorable pictures and videos of when he welcomed his newborn to the world. In the caption, he expressed gratitude to God for filling the huge vacuum in their hearts. He noted how God blessed them with a daughter following the loss of his mother, whom he named his daughter after.
Emeka didn’t fail to express gratitude to his wife for taking his pains away with this wonderful gift.

Emeka Ike was once married to Suzanne Emma, but the marriage hit rock bottom in 2015 when Suzanne filed for divorce, citing domestic violence.
Since then, Emeka Ike’s life has never been the same, and he took a break from Nollywood.
In 2022, Ike opened up about his split from his ex-wife, urging his followers on social media to ask their grandparents why their fathers died before their wives.
The actor later moved on from his ex-wife and started dating a South African model, whom he went public with in 2019 while celebrating her birthday.
A year later, the couple hinted at welcoming their first child after his lover shared a photo of her baby bump with a sweet caption.
Late last year, following his return to Nollywood, Emeka reopened old wounds when he went on an interview with Rubbin Minds to recount how a false accusation of domestic violence from his ex-wife made him lose his properties and access to his kids.
In a later post, the actor recounted how he trained his wife at the university, built a house for her and her mother, changed her life, and gave her his cars to drive. Unfortunately, his wife repaid him in a bad way.
The movie star expressed how heartbroken he was to have loved a woman who didn’t love him.
