Cuppy, whose real name is Ifeoluwa Florence Oteoda, the 2nd daughter of Nigerian oil tycoon, Femi Otedola revealed that her rejection rate is high, but she is used to it. It all started when cuppy reflected on why she stopped posting the #Offendingwithfendi fashion on Instagram, which she continuously dished out in 2020 but suddenly stopped.
Cuppy lamented on her Instagram story that she was disappointed with Fendi, which is actually her favourite brands because they did not acknowledge, repost or commented on her hashtags, even after her team reached out to them for collaboration.
Speaking further about goals and achievement, Cuppy took to Twitter the same day to reveal that for every YES her fans saw in her career, there have been about nine NOs, and her rejection rate is very high. “But now I’m used to it…This never bruises my ego nor stops my dreams because I’m a fighter and believe in destiny” She wrote.
She added that she is sharing her struggle because she wants people to learn from her and stop waiting for things to happen, but rather, make them happen.
