International Women’s Day is a global day of celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women annually on 8th March. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
International Women’s Day is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political.
IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere.
On 8th March 2023, which marks another day in the year to celebrate women across the world. It’s good to see that most women take out time to really celebrate themselves or be celebrated by loved ones.

#1 Famous Nigerian Comedian and TV Host, Bovi celebrates his wife, Kris Asimonye on 8th March 2023 in celebration of the International Women’s Day. Bovi shares a beautiful picture of both of them rocking black dinner outfits on his Instagram page. He write;
