“I Am Bloody Proud Of Myself” – DJ Cuppy Boasts As She Finally Graduates From Oxford University

Disc jockey Florence Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola has graduated from Oxford University in England.

The 29-year-old shared the goodnews in a Twitter and instagram post on Tuesday.

She wrote:

“Got my THESIS result, which classifies my MSc degree… I didn’t get a Merit or a Distinction, but I PASSED!!! After a tough year, I can officially say I am now a GRADUATE from @UniofOxford And I am bloody PROUD of myself. To GOD be the GLORY!”

Cuppy first announce her admission into Oxford in an Instagram post on October 1 last year. She said was super excited to start her third degree and a new adventure.

In a Twitter post on March 3, 2022, Cuppy revealed that she almost dropped out of school.

She said: “For the first time ever, today I actually considered dropping out of Oxford University.”

Speaking on why she almost made the decision to quit, Cuppy, in another tweet, said that it has been tough and she was struggling.

“Counting down the days left at @UniofOxford Hilary Term has been TOUGH and I’m honestly struggling,” she wrote.

However, around July 2018, Cuppy launched the Cuppy Foundation. The following year (November 2019), the foundation organized the Gold Gala and raised over N5bn for the Save the Children initiative Nigeria. Nigerian business Dangote and her father donated to the cause.
