Popular Nigerian singer David Adeleke aka Davido has joined the list of very few celebrities to own a home in Banana Island following his acquisition of an exquisite mansion in the exclusive part of Lagos.
On Friday, May 29, 2020, an excited Davido took to social media via his Instagram story to give fans a tour of his newly acquired property.
In a series of video which shows what the interior of his new residence looks like, the Risky crooner and his crew can be seen going from the ground floor, through the elevator, to the spacious living room, the balcony, and the gorgeous kitchen.
Davido also expressed his desire to own a house with a private lift in the choicest part of Lagos State via the caption of his post.
He wrote: “Always wanted [to] go up at the crib like this.”
It is not clear how much the new condo costs, but the value of properties in the extremely exclusive area in Lagos is known to cost billions of naira.
Banana Island hosts several high-end residential developments such as Ocean Parade Towers. Other notable individuals to own residential properties in the island include Mike Adenuga and Sayyu Dantata.
