Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo is taking great pleasure in the shame and humiliation her rival, Lizzy Anjorin, is presently going through due to her purported gold theft on Lagos Island.
The Yoruba singer was seen in videos circulating online becoming entangled in a gold jewelry robbery on Lagos Island. Online sources state that on November 17, 2023, Lizzy went to a well-known market in Lagos and paid N91,000 to a vendor who was selling stones for tailoring supplies.
Lizzy Anjorin miscommunicated with the POS merchant and transferred the money to the incorrect account number because of a typo in the digits. The vendor believed Anjorin because of her notoriety and let her go without verifying the money, only to find out later that the transaction had failed.
Step forward to the present: Lizzy disguised her identity with a nose mask, but she was easily recognized because she frequented the same market and the same vendor. The vendor identified her as the person in charge of the outstanding payment, and drama ensued. She was lucky that her spouse was there to save her from the awkward circumstance.

The news has gotten social media buzz, as many believed the story while others doubted it. For Iyabo Ojo, she is enjoying the humiliation the news has brought to Lizzy Anjorin’s image.
Ojo took to her Instagram page to share a video of her living her best life. In another post, she shared a clip of an animated object dancing as she captioned it with several laughing emojis. The timing of the posts with the news of Lizzy’s theft allegations isn’t a coincidence.

It is no longer news that Iyabo and Lizzy have been at loggerheads for years and have filthily dragged each other on social media.
Recall that some months ago, Ojo and Anjorin resorted to their respective social media platforms to shade each other consistently.
Iyabo Ojo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy Anjorin humorously. Lizzy, obviously offended by this, went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo Ojo spilling dirt on her. She accused Iyabo Ojo of promiscuity, saying that she had slept with countless rich men for money.
She even went as far as to reveal that Iyabo Ojo had even engaged in a threesome with a rich politician and was the brain behind Gistlover.
Following the allegation, Iyabo threatened legal action against Lizzy for defaming her in public. Iyabo was demanding a public apology from Lizzy or risk paying N500 million for her libelous publication and had given her an ultimatum.
In a recent update to their fight, a few days ago, Iyabo threw shade at Lizzy after they met up on a flight, and Lizzy was left ashamed.
Iyabo revealed via her Instagram page that she was surprised to see Lizzy in economy class despite all her bragging, while she flew business class. Iyabo claimed that Lizzy hid her face when she saw her, and this made her friends and colleagues like Nkechi Blessing and Tonto Dikeh mock Anjorin.
To settle the dispute, Iyabo’s lover, Paulo Okoye, had called for a boxing fight between the two and promised to give the winner N10 million.
