Popular American singer John Legend has joined the growing list of American celebrities to visit Nigeria in the past few months.
John was present at the THISDAY Awards 2020 held on Monday, January 20, 2020, at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre in Victoria Island where he performed some of his hit songs.
The All of Me crooner visit was a quiet one as such that it would have completely gone unnoticed by many if not for his wife Chrissy Teigen.
Chrissy took to her Twitter page where she revealed that her husband was recently in the country. She also made known her desire to join him – except for a rather surprising reason.
John went to Nigeria for a couple days and I thought about going, purely to find Michael from 90 days, but…the enchilada has rendered me useless

The glamorous model stated that her intention for wanting to make the trip to Nigeria was so that she could meet Michael and Angela.
Michael is a man who rose to prominence when his episodes from the reality TV show “90 Days Fiancé” premiered
At the time, Angela, who was also a contestant, flew all the way from the United States to meet Michael. The pair started dating and are now engaged.
Nigeria is indeed proving to be an attractive destination for foreign celebrities and international superstars.
