Model, Jordyn Woods’ falling out with the Kardashians may have gone viral, she’s never needed the famous family to make a name for herself—and she’s proving that by nabbing a role on Grown-ish.
Woods will make her acting debut on the Freeform series as a freshman named Dee.
People reports that Woods’ character is a “sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.” Woods will likely share more of her scenes with Trevor Jackson, who plays Hawkins dorm RA Aaron.
Season 2 sees Zoey Johnson (Yara Shahidi) struggling to navigate college after her father financially cuts her off for cheating on an exam.
The series will continue to explore the tricky stage between teenage years and adulthood as the characters continue to explore their independence and life’s messy situations.
