Popular cosmetic mogul Kylie Jenner has splashed the cash on a 5 acres of land in the United States of America.
Kylie Jenner appears to be investing heavily on landed properties as she has gotten for herself a five acres of land at Hidden Hills, California, reportedly worth $15 million.
According to reports from TMZ, the bare land in particular was said to belong to singer Miley Cyrus who bought it in 2015 as a stable for her horses. She, however, sold it three years later having never erected any structure on it.
Report also reveals that the five acres property is currently filled with dirt but is mostly flat and a record purchase for the area.
Jenner’s latest property acquisition comes on the heels of her recent purchase of a resort compound in Holmby Hills which cost her a lofty $36.5 million.
Kylie Jenner, 22, is a self-made billionaire recognised by Forbes with a net worth of $1 billion.
She is also a member of the famous Kardashian family and owner of cosmetic company, Kylie Cosmetics where the bulk of her wealth comes from.
