Samira Mighty, 22-year-old West End performer, who was the first girl to step into the Love Island 2018 villa had reportedly left the ITV show. The dancer was heartbroken when Frankie Foster whom she had a little crush on from dumped from the villa.
Since day one, Samira had found it difficult finding love. Most men who went into the villa didn’t fancy her. Frankie also didn’t fancy her at first and confessed to her that he liked Meghan, another girl more. But Samira worked on him and got him on her side. Frankie also confessed that he saw things differently after spending more time in the villa with Samira.

On last night’s episode, Samira was chatting to Dani Dyer when she admitted she was thinking of leaving the villa.
“We’ve been here from the start and I finally got what I wanted and now I feel like I’m back at square one but worse. It’s unfinished business.”
Samira then slept on it, and has decided it’s time for her to go.
She told Ellie, Dani, and Megan: “So my lovely beautiful girls, you guys know that I’ve had a really tough couple of days here recently and I’ve been umming and ahhing about leaving.
“I’ve not had any connection in here with anyone and I had a little taste of that with Frankie and it’s gone abruptly and I think I’d always be thinking ‘What if.’ I woke up this morning and I thought, it’s my time to go… I have to do this for me, I’ve never felt so strong.”
The girls were clearly upset, but have been supportive of her decision. Megan said: “You seem happier already having made your mind up. You seem like the old Samira back again.”
Samira added: “This decision is so, so hard. I’m devastated by it. But I think that it is the right thing to do. Just follow my heart because I’ve never done that before I’ve always taken the back seat and now I need to go for it head on and leave and just go for Frankie.
“I’ve got to go with my gut feeling. And I’m not saying I’m in love with Frankie or we’re going to get married tomorrow but I don’t want to waste any time, I just want to see him and I know this is the right thing to do. This opportunity was amazing and I take it with a full heart and full love.”
