TV Presenter and Award winning Fashion Designer Mary Shittu receives 2 awards for the best TV Personality and Best TV Show at the Beffta Awards in London!
The prestigious Beffta Award ceremony was held in London over the weekend. In its 5th year, the event was well attended by London’s crème de la crème of the industry.
The fashionista Mary Shittu, sister to the MillWall Football Club Captain and Nigeria Super Eagle Defender Danny Shittu, is no stranger to receiving awards with a few under her belt.
At the event Mary Shittu dazzled in an exquisite 1920’s inspired couture dress, with full sequence back and Ankara front, from her new ‘Mary Shittu Couture’ Collection. An award winning label, well recognised in the Fashion industry.
Mary picked up the first award for the BEST TV SHOW- Naija Bites. Straight after this category was announced, Mary returned back on stage to receive theBEST TV PERSONALITY Award. She collected the award with a great cheer from the audience. The elegant TV presenter is one of the most recognised faces on TV screens. Mary was so honoured and proud to receive both awards, and started her speeches by giving thanks to God firstly, her family and her fans.
