Alhaji Muneer Bankole is the CEO and managing director of Medview Airlines, which is the most talked about Airline in Nigeria today. Medview Airline on Saturday the 19th, Celebrated a successful one year anniversary after launching its first flights from Nigeria to London Gatwick in November 2015.

Alhaji Bankole is popular known as a professional well experienced hardworking man with a wide knowledge in Aviation Industry having been in the Industry for over 30 years.

He joined Nigeria Airways Limited in 1978. Being a career minded young and dedicated member of staff, he was among the very few selected by the then management of Nigeria Airways for the all-embracing commercial cadet course that ran from 1983 to 1986. His qualities of being highly resourceful, great team player, diligent go-getter and willingness to contribute to the development of the organisation through a dedicated regime of hard work was very obvious to the Management. He got aappointed as a Traffic/Ramp & Duty Manager and later as a Marketing Manager of the Airline at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. With his aggressiveness and unique approach to issues, he rose to the position of District Manager.

He was in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as a district Manager from year 2000 until 2004. His quest for knowledge combined with his strong strive for excellence, motivated him to obtain another Diploma in-Law from Lagos State University (LASU). He also holds B.A. from Marketing College of Business Administration (CBA), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and a  Diploma certificate in business studies in the United Kingdom.

Alhaji Bankole amongst all these founded Medview Airlines in 2007 as a charter airline flying locally in Nigeria and has since then expanded into regional and long haul scheduled passenger routes.

“We promised local food in our London flights. We serve Amala, Fufu, fish, soup, pepper soup and other local food to keep our customers happy and treating them like Nigerians“. He said during his interview at the one year London anniversary. “We are very time conscious and keep to time, this is one of the reasons we are rapidly growing“. He added.
