If you missed Michelle Obama’s UK book tour earlier this month, well, worry no more, she is returning to the UK as part of her book tour, April next year at the O2!
I’m having so much fun with all of you on my #IAmBecoming tour that I decided to do one final round of events to see folks in some cities we missed! These conversations have been so meaningful for me, and I hope they’ve been meaningful for you all, too. https://t.co/tOEk59nT71 pic.twitter.com/MMQTkZ4pMY

Tickets are said will go on sale starting this Friday, December 14.
The former first lady left thousands of fans disappointed after her only UK Becoming book tour date at Southbank Centre sold out in minutes last month.
In a tweet posted this afternoon, The O2 announced that she will be coming back to the UK for another book tour event, Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama, on April 14.
The O2 said: “We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama in April 2019. Tickets on sale Friday at 1pm.”
When tickets for the December tour date at Southbank Centre, which saw Michelle Obama in conversation with author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, sold out in minutes, many who missed out expressed their sadness on social media. Some called for the “Forever First Lady” to speak in an arena and now their hopes have been realised.
