London based Nigerian retailer Mrs Risikat Bola Amole, owner of BIMS African Foods store in Peckham, South East London is dead. She is allegedly a House of Representatives aspirant for next month Nigerian election before her untimely death.
She died while in Nigeria over the weekend under mysterious circumstances at her home in Nigeria. She owns one of the biggest standing and most popular Nigerian shop in Peckham and BIMS Afro Continental in Lagos too. Unverified reporters indicates she was murdered relating to the up coming elections, while others reports she died of a heart attack.
She was until her death the National president of the Association of Food and Vegetable Exporters of Nigeria exporting African Food into the UK. Ms Amole was very popular among the diaspora community in the UK. Nigerian Londoners mostly are in a state of mourn and hope her death will not affect the supply of African Food in London as her shop was very poplar and current with all sort of African delicatessen and food.
