The release of SELMA celebrates the 50th anniversary of the passing of the USA’s Voting Rights Act and a triumphant story of the power of the people.
David Oyelowo started acting from when he was a teenager, he got into the television main stream in 1998 and the film industry in 2001 briefly appearing in the movie ‘Dog Eat Dog. his very first big moment was his role in Hollywood 2013 movie ‘The Butler’, thus starring along side Oprah Winfrey for the first time. He is also allegedly working with Lupita Nyongo in Nigerian acclaimed writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s ‘Americana. We are really rooting for this amazing upcoming star and can’t wait to see more of his work.
