Miss Black Africa UK

Jacqueline Ilumoka a twenty years old University Student from Nigeria, has been crowned Miss Black Africa UK 2014. She beat 21 other contestants to the crown. The Event took place Saturday the 4th of October 2014 at the Royal Regency Hall,London.  Joanitha Ntangeki of Tanzania was 1st Runner up and Samrawit Tesema of Ethiopia was 2nd Runner up.

The Miss Black Africa UK pageant was founded in 2011 with the sole purpose of giving young African girls born or living in the United Kingdom a platform to showcase not only their beauty but most importantly their culture, talent and creativity. The pageant is highly competitive and seeks to bring out those leadership qualities in women. The winner becomes a goodwill ambassador for Miss Black Africa, charged with designing and implementing a charity program based on their Pageant Platform.

The judging Panel was made up of the host of the Sporah Show, Sporah Njau(Tanzania), Director of  Miss China – Bin Zhang (China), Founder of the ‘Against All Odds Charity’, Fikelephi Jackson(Zimbabwe), Founder of Positive Runway and Global Catwalk, Justina Mutale (Zambia
