Can you even beat your chest to call your fave a GOAT if they’ve never sold out the O2 Arena? From Lagos to London, Atlanta, Dubai, Accra, and all the biggest cities in South Africa, we have seen tons of big Nigerian stars and upcoming entertainers sold-out concerts and live performances. But only a lucky few have been able to headline a sold-out show at the famous O2 Arena in London.

The O2 Arena is home to elite musical events. With a seating capacity of 20 thousand, the indoor arena is primarily designed for live performances and concerts and is the third busiest music arena in the world. While it is the world’s biggest ticket-selling arena, it is equally one of the most challenging places to sell musical concerts globally. But many international stars like The Rolling Stones, Beyonce, Rihanna, Spice Girls, Gary Barlow, Cold Play, Elton John, Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys, and several others have cracked the code to make headlines for multiple sold-out shows at the Arena. However, Nigerian entertainers are also making their mark performing in the arena in Africa.

However, only a few have cracked the code to host their solo concert or headline a sold-out show at the event centre. In the wake of Davido’s recently concluded O2 Arena show, the Psquare music duo who recently reconciled has promised to take one of their shows to the O2 Arena. This brought mixed reactions as some believe they’re no longer in the prime as Afrobeats Kings. Can this Psquare due fill up O2 Arena and make their mark in the history of Afrobeats? Who are the Singers who have made history at the London arena so far? #Wizkid #Davido #BornaBoy #Psquare #Afrobeats #TiwaSavage
