Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie and his wife, Barr. Josephine Edochie has celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary.
The event celebrating the couple’s 53 years of matrimony took place at the Base Landmark Event Center, Enugu, on Saturday, October 1st.
It was graced by Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Governor of Enugu State and the Deputy governorship candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossia.
The Deputy Chief of Staff, Imo State Government House, Barr. Chioma Nwanna was also at the event.
The film star also shared photos from the anniversary via his Instagram page. In a post accompanying the pictures, Edochie hailed his wife, who he refers to as “My Queen”, for being with him for over five decades.
The thespian further appreciated his children for putting the event together to honour them.
