Popular singer Peter Okoye says he has aged backwards since splitting with brother and going solo on his music career.
The singer recently took to micro blogging platform Twitter to once again shed more light on his controversial split with brother and former band mate of the defunct Psquare group, Paul Okoye.
Peter shared a throwback photo of himself wearing a blue t-shirt and boasted about his youthful appearance. He revealed that the peaceful state of his mind is the reason behind his youthfulness. He also noted that drinking more water and minding his own business has been the secret behind his smooth transition.
His wrote:
“By the way! Did y’all notice since I went solo and became Mr P I started aging backward…its called PEACE OF MIND and drinking more water and minding my business. Can you beat that? More of it biko. Mr P still trending on Twitter.”
Peter and Paul Okoye were Nigeria’s biggest musical group up until they had the famous fight that severed their longtime collabortion. The division also caused the pair to pick up new names — with Peter now known as Mr. P and Paul as Rudeboy
