The Lower Cut movie, press conference took place on Sunday the 19th of July 2015 in London. London based media personalities came out to support movie maker George Kelly and his team on their latest movie. The Lower Cut is an emotional, yet a very educational movie.
“This is a very sensitive subject“, said Mr Kelly during his speech. “I did my research before making this movie, everything one needs to know about Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is all in the movie“. he added. He briefly talked about the movie itself and the challenges he faced during the making of the movie.
The Lower Cut” is a Docu-Drama on Female Genital Mutilation). Written, produced and directed by London based award-winning film director George Kelly and co-directed by veteran director Chucks Mordi.
The World Premiere of The Lower Cut takes place this Friday, July 24th at the Odeon Cinema, Bugbys Way, Greenwich, London.
Red Carpet begins at 9pm and movie screening is strictly 10.45pm.
