Collins Archie-Pearce is a London based Nollywood actor and movie maker. He also manage most Top Nollywood actors when they come to London. Collins has featured in over 30 movies & have produced 7.He arrived Freetown earlier today to embark in a new movie production and received a big warm welcome from Sierra Leoneans, check out the pictures below.
The actor, director and producer is best known for making movies which reflects his home town Sierra Leone, they include; Ibu In Sierra Leone, The Devil In Free Town among others.
Hundreds of entertainers, actors, producers, artists came out to receive him at the airport in Freetown with dance troops and banners. They printed hundreds of T-shirts with his pictures and welcome notes. They hired 5 buses to rally around the streets of Freetown with him.
There is also a celebration party tonight the 11th December, where all those invited celebrates with him in a very special way.
This is what he had to say…
“To God be the glory…. Sierra Leoneans gave me a very warm welcome this morning as I arrived in Freetown to shoot my next film. Hundreds of Actors, artists and entertainers were dancing on the streets of Freetown with five buses packed full with celebrants as well. I appreciate them and pray that God will continue to unite us as one nation”.
Collins said his new project is going to be a masterpiece. It is amazing to see a movie maker who is highly supported and respected by his people. Collins Archie-Pearce, we see you!
