Supermodel Gigi Hadid has finally come out to confirm news of her pregnancy.
Gigi Hadid says she is indeed expecting a baby with singer boyfriend Zayn Malik.
The fashion model made this known on Thursday, April 30, 2020, during an interview with Jimmy Fallon, presenter of The Tonight Show.
In the interview, Gigi opened up on why she and Zayn decided to go public with the news of her pregnancy.
According to the 25-year old, it was hers and Zayn’s intention to make the big announcement themselves and on their own terms.
However, the couple was overwhelmed by the love and support shown to them after news of the pregnancy was pickup and reported by the media.
“Obviously, we wished we could have announced it on our own terms but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support,” she said.
The public announcement is a backtrack from Gigi and Zayn’s earlier decision to keep a tight lip over the exciting baby news.
