Suspected Internet Fraudster, Mompha Pleads NOT GUILTY In Court, His Case Adjourned!

Suspected Internet fraudster, Ismaila Mustapha, who is known as Mompha, has arrived the Federal High Court in Lagos today, Monday, November 25th where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission summoned him before Justice Mohammed Liman on 14-count.
He was arrested in Abuja on October 18th, and the antigraft agency charged him with 14 counts bordering on cyber fraud and money laundering.

After the hearing, he pleaded not guilty to the N33billion money laundering and Internet crime charges filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Following his ”Not guilty” plead, the presiding judge ordered that he be kept in prison custody and adjourned the case until Friday, November 29th for hearing of his bail application and commencement of trial.
