In a series of videos that went viral on February 3 of this year, Stella Marris Okafor, who has been married to the actor for 12 years and has three young children for him, cried out about domestic abuse and abandonment.
The actor’s wife revealed that her 61-year-old celebrity husband has abandoned and stopped looking after her and her children. Stella, also known as the Real Iburess, said their marriage has not always been this bad, but things got bad after Jasmine came into the picture and began to manipulate the veteran actor. However, on social media, Jasmine claims to be Mr Ibu’s adopted daughter and has been spotted numerous times on comic videos and skits with the legendary actor. However, his wife said Jasmine is not his daughter but one of Mr Ibu’s girlfriends, revealing that Mr Ibu left their matrimonial home and moved in with Jasmine. After all the accusations, Jasmine immediately came forward with her own side of the story and even put up a good defence.
But within 48 hours, all warring parties, including Mr Ibu, his wife and Jasmine, seem to have buried the hatchet and come to an understanding.
