#ThisIsAmerica Dancer Sherrie Silver Becomes United Nations’ IFAD Advocate for Rural Youths

Ruwanda born dancer, Sherrie Silver has become United Nations’ IFAD Advocate for Rural Youth in Africa.

The 25-year-old spoke and robbed minds amongst the Pope, the Prime Minister of Italy, & President of Dominican Republic.

“I have always aspired to be more than just an entertainer, but to use my influence be an ambassador for change and a voice for young people all over the world. Thank you”. “International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for this opportunity and thank you God for putting me here.” She said.

The London based dancer is 2018’s MTV WMA’s winner for Choreography of the Year. She is a Multi-style choreographer. Educating the world about African cultures through the dance, while giving back to African countries through her philanthropy projects. This Latta clearly landed her the role.
